Mango Coconut Smoothie
Deliciously refreshing Mango Coconut Smoothie
- 2 cups mango (frozen)
- 1 cup peaches
- 1 banana
- 2 TBS coconut oil
- 5 salt shakes
Frozen and fresh fruit can be swapped out for each other easily. If you have all fresh fruit, add a few ice cubes for a chilled effect. If you have all frozen fruit, you may want to add water to help with the mixing.
