Mango Coconut Smoothie

Deliciously refreshing Mango Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mango (frozen)
  • 1 cup peaches
  • 1 banana
  • 2 TBS coconut oil
  • 5 salt shakes

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients in blender in the order listed. Mix, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

Frozen and fresh fruit can be swapped out for each other easily. If you have all fresh fruit, add a few ice cubes for a chilled effect. If you have all frozen fruit, you may want to add water to help with the mixing.
