Hot Chocolate Stir Sticks

Wow your guests by serving these deliciously festive hot chocolate stir sticks at your upcoming hot cocoa bar party.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package white baking chips
  • 1 package chocolate chips
  • candy canes (crushed)
  • mini dehydrated marshmallows
  • wood stir sticks
  • parchment paper

Instructions
 

  • Melt the white baking chips in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Pull it out, stir, and continue microwaving and stirring until melted.
  • Dip the sticks in the melted chocolate to coat with a layer of chocolate then place on parchment paper.
  • Once firm, dip again for a second coat of chocolate and then cover it with the crushed peppermint or marshmallows and place on parchment paper.
  • Repeat until the desired amount of white chocolate stir sticks are complete and then repeat the process with the chocolate chips.
  • Serve with a delicious cup of hot chocolate!
