Spring is FINALLY here!
We experienced our first 65 degree day here in like half a year and I am stoked! I am originally from the mild climate of the pacific northwest. Yes, yes people that aren’t from there may complain that it rains a lot. And so it does, but being a native, I’m used to it. All I can say is at least the weather doesn’t get so low that they have to start counting backwards (aka negative digits)!!!
Why would anyone live in a place that gets so cold?!?!?

But thankfully most of the frigid days are behind us and the flowers have begun to poke their pretty little heads up.
Including a little orchid that my husband gave to me in full bloom a few years ago. The blossoms shortly fell off and while it has stayed green, it hasn’t sprung any flowers… until this year!
One of the buds opened today! Wahoo! This must be a sign of a good spring ahead!
