Nutty Coconut Protein Balls

An all raw, sugar-free, gluten-free, fabulously healthy cookie with just 4 ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 1 cup medjoole dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Blend the nuts in a Food Processor. Blend in the dates. Mix in the coconut.
  • Form into small balls and serve.

Notes

If you do not have a Food Processor, a blender will also do the job, just not as well.
