Kid Friendly Green Smoothie

This is a great green smoothie for beginners and children.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • handful baby lettuce
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.

Notes

Start your first smoothie with just a few greens and with each smoothie creation, try adding a little more.
