Gluten Free Pancakes
Simple gluten free and sugar free pancake recipe that your littles will love!
- 3/4 cup water/milk/almond milk
- 2 TBS oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 TBS maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
Mix together eggs, oil, water/milk, and syrup. Then stir in the remaining ingredients.
Bake on hot griddle. When upsides of pancakes are bubbly, the cakes are ready to flip.
