Gluten Free Pancakes

Simple gluten free and sugar free pancake recipe that your littles will love!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup water/milk/almond milk
  • 2 TBS oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 TBS maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix together eggs, oil, water/milk, and syrup. Then stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • Bake on hot griddle. When upsides of pancakes are bubbly, the cakes are ready to flip.
