Melt butter in saucepan with chopped garlic. Put aside.
Mix remaining ingredients (except the chicken) in a separate bowl.
Cut chicken in pieces. One at a time, dip the chicken in the butter, then coat in the corn flake mixture, and place on glass pan. Separate chicken pieces in the pan. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken.
Cook at 450 F for about 10-15 minutes or until crispy and not pink inside.
