Soak dates in juice of orange for about 30–50 minutes. Set aside.
Crust: Grind the nuts until almost like flour. Mix in flour, cinnamon, & maple syrup.
Filling: Blend the soaked dates with the juice and orange zest.Press half the crust mixture into a square 9x9 baking pan. Spread the filling on top of mixture.
Freeze until a little firm and then place the remaining crust mixture on top. Freeze until firm, serve, and enjoy!

*If you have any leftover bars, you can store them in the freezer for about a week.
