Strawberry-Pineapple Protein Fruit Smoothie

A delicious blend of fruit packed full of protein that tastes so yummy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 banana
  • 1/2 cup whole greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 16 oz package frozen strawberries
  • 2 TBSP maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender in the order they are listed. Blend and serve.
    *Does not store.

Notes

If you would prefer a vanilla taste rather than the strawberry, simply replace the frozen strawberries for a 1 1/2 cup of ice cubes.
