Anyone else hankering to pull out their red and pink decorations? I know I am! Time to get those hearts out and dress up the place for Valentine’s Day!

Sadly for me, that’s a lot easier said than done. Since 99.9% of all of our belongings are still in storage. UGGG!!! Thankfully though after three months of apartment living, we will finally be moving into our house tomorrow! Wahoo!

But it will be just us.

Not our stuff.

We will have a few clothes of course but no furniture, no bedding, nada nothing.

Yay, we told the movers a month ago our move-in date and they replied “Well we will see if we can make it.” After a few friendly reminders to them this week, now they are screening my phone calls. So we really have no clue when we will receive our belongs. Normalcy of our lives is postponed yet again.

I’m past the point of being upset over this and find the situation quite comical. The whole move has been a bit of a nightmare. But instead of waiting until after the fact to laugh over this, I’m choosing to laugh now. 😉

Oh well. At least I have this cute little Valentine to keep me company. He is always SO smiley!

Valentine’s Day Words

Since I currently can’t decorate for February 14th, I decided to use my creative juices to make a Valentine’s Day game for ya’ll. After whipping up a design, I decided to throw a few Valentines related words together in complete randomness to give you a fun game of scramble!

What words go with Valentine? I set to work brainstorming a list of Valentine’s Day words and here are the ones I came up with:

Valentine’s Day Word Scramble

To play, simply pass out the game cards and a writing utensil (love these fun pens). Then set a timer for a specific time or end the game when the first person finishes. Whoever has the most words correct wins!

The Valentine’s Day Word Scramble game cards measure 5 x 7 inches and prints two per page. Print them at home or at your local print shop.
