Say hello to the knotty bun tutorial, a needed hairstyle for everyone’s collection. This hairdo is quick, has lots of room for mistakes, and looks great! I guarantee that you will receive lots of compliments on your hair and several will want to know your secret. Well here it is!
The Knotty Bun Tutorial in words
To state in words,ย first place your hair in a pony tail. Then take a small section of hair and twist it into a spiral/mini bun, leaving a bit of the ends out. Secure with bobby pin. And repeat until all of your hair is up. If there are any crazy long pieces protruding out, simply secure it with an extra bobby pin.
I love everything about the knotty bun hair due. The best part is that I can walk out of the door with my hair just in a pony tail and a several bobby pins in hand and while my husband makes the 5 minute drive to church, I can pin up my hair and arrive with my hair done and looking fabulous! (:

I love this! I have had long hair my whole life and I always say it was wasted on me because I just don’t know how to do anything with it! I am going to try this, wish me luck!

Good luck Melissa! Thankfully it is a very forgiving updo, so any ‘mistakes’ you may think you made, actually just give it more pizazz! (o:
