This Relief Society Birthday Game is a great activity to start the evening off with! It encourages everyone to mix & mingle and it’s a fun way for the sisters to get to know a little more about each other!

Today I wanted to share a pretty printable game that I made specifically for anyone that is looking for a fun activity to play at their upcoming Relief Society Birthday celebration. So in case you are asking what is Relief Society?

Let me fill you in!

The Relief Society is the largest and oldest women’s group in the world. It’s purpose it to help women increase their faith in God and Jesus Christ, to strengthen individuals, families, and homes and to work in unity to help those in need. So back to this birthday celebration…

Every March 17th, or around then, we like to throw a party to celebrate the founding of or “birthday” of Relief Society. It’s an enjoyable night of socializing, munching, and being uplifted. My personal favorite Relief Society birthday parties, have been those that have activities that help get everyone intermingling with each other. As seen in both the Garden Party and the Italian themed Relief Society parties I helped plan. 😉

How to Play the Game Find the Sister

So if you have ever played the game Find the Guest this game is just a little spin off of that tailored towards Relief Society. It is a fantastic activity to start things off because it encourages everyone to mix and mingle and break from their typical friend clusters. It also may help friends who have known each other for awhile learn something new about each other.

To start, everyone needs a “Find the Sister” game card and a pen or pencil. They need to find sisters that fit each of the descriptions and then write their names down by that description.

To encourage even more socializing you could set up an extra rule telling everyone that they can’t have the same sister written twice. You can also give a prize to whoever fills in their card first or keep it simple by just setting a time limit on the activity. However you decide to do it, your sisters will have a blast!
