This is a great kid friendly green smoothie to easily add some greens into the diet of even the pickiest eaters!
To ring in the New Year and to help with all the healthy resolutions that many have made (I know have!), there’s nothing that beats the wholesome goodness of a green smoothie. This is a great green smoothie for beginners (especially kids) for although it has the greens, it doesn’t have the green color or an overpowering taste of greens.
All you have to do it throw everything into the blender and then mix!
As you can see, my little one is quite the fan of this kid friendly green smoothie!
