The Valentine gift tags I designed last year turned out so cute that I immediately started working on St. Patrick’s Day tags. And then… Easter happened. Suddenly everyone was way past shamrocks and onto bunnies. So I tucked these designs away and saved them for the right time — and now I’m so excited to finally share them with you!
If you celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, these tags are the perfect little finishing touch for a goodie bag on March 17th. It’s such a small detail, but it makes a big impact. Adding a printable tag shows you didn’t just toss candy into a bag — you took a minute to make it thoughtful and festive. And honestly, it’s those little details that bring the biggest smiles.

How to Use These Lucky Treat Tags
Aside from looking adorable, these St. Patrick’s Day gift tags are designed to be simple and easy to use. Attach one directly to a gift with double-sided tape, or punch a hole and tie it on with twine or ribbon. Bright, cheerful, and festive — they make it easy to add a thoughtful touch without adding extra work to your week.
You can attach these lucky treat tags to:
- Treat bags filled with cereal or candy
- Baked goods
- Gold chocolate coins
- Small toys
- Teacher appreciation gifts
- Neighbor drop-offs
All you need is a printer, scissors, and a little ribbon or twine. Punch a hole, tie them on, and you’re done.
Simple. Cute. Festive.

Each tag measures 2.5 x 2.5 inches and prints 12 per 8.5 x 11 sheet. Print them at home or at your local print shop — whatever works best for you. You’re welcome to print as many copies as you need for personal use.
For a clean, polished look, I recommend printing on white cardstock. Once printed, cut out the tags with scissors or a paper cutter, sign your name if you’d like, and attach them to your lucky treats.
Quick. Festive. Budget-friendly.
