I am actually surprised how much I like how this DIY pumpkin jar craft turned out! I was originally planning to give it to a friend who loves the Fall holidays… but now I am having second thoughts. ๐
It has taken me a little while to let go of summer and welcome fall. I love this time of year, but I equate it with the beginning of holidays, which means making crafts, baking lots, buying gifts, and I guess I was still recovering from our 9 parties escapade several months back.
But FINALLY I am ready for the fall festivities! And thankfully with just enough time to order our family’s costumes online and make this DIY pumpkin jar craft before Halloween hits.
I have a few old candle jars that I have held onto thinking that they may come in handy for some project, and they did for this one! I drew the pumpkin on the candle to see the size I wanted, then took the tape off to cut out the shape.
After using about 4 coats of acrylic paint and letting it dry, I sealed it with two coats of a matte clear sealer.
Super cute and quick Fall craft to make… I may just decide to paint another one. ๐

It is so cute!! I still have plenty of jars and keep adding more to the collection so it would be a great craft with the kids next year.
Hugs,

I absolutely love it! I’m pinning it for next year.
Mine wasn’t ( even in the slightest bit) as cute!
I’m a crazy pumpkin lady, so the pattern is right up my street ๐
